Accreditation
The ARC-PA has granted Accreditation-Provisional status to the 91±¬ÁÏ Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) Hybrid Program -- Round Rock, TX Campus sponsored by 91±¬ÁÏ.
Accreditation-Provisional is an accreditation status granted when the plans and resource allocation, if fully implemented as planned, of a proposed program that has not yet enrolled students appear to demonstrate the program’s ability to meet the ARC-PA Standards or when a program holding Accreditation-Provisional status appears to demonstrate continued progress in complying with the Standards as it prepares for the graduation of the first class (cohort) of students.
Accreditation-Provisional does not ensure any subsequent accreditation status. It is limited to no more than five years from matriculation of the first class.

Admissions Requirements
Applications are accepted only through the . All applications must be verified by CASPA before October 1st and include 3 letters of recommendation to be considered for each cohort. All applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Transcripts should be submitted to CASPA. Please do not submit your transcripts to our program.
The admissions cycle opens each year in late April (visit CASPA site for details) and closes October 1st.

We strongly recommend that coursework be recent, at least within the last 10 years.
All prerequisite courses must be passed with a grade of "C" or better and be completed
prior to matriculation. Applicants must have an overall science GPA of at least 3.2
and an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Applications are ranked for interview according to GPA, personal statement, letters of recommendation, CASPer z-score, and clinical experience(s). Selected candidates will be notified by the admissions coordinator for scheduling of virtual interviews.
Advanced placement is not granted to prospective students.

All applicants who were born outside of the United States and who did not graduate from a United States high school will be required to submit internet-based TOEFL (iBT) scores with their application. There are no exceptions to this requirement, including having attained upper-level education in the United States. A minimum total score of 100 (with at least 25 in each section) is required. The Educational Testing Service (ETS) code for submitting your score to CASPA is D360.
Career Outlook for Physician Assistants
Our Texas-based, hybrid 24-month program offers a technology-rich environment where students will be engaged in the virtual classroom by expert instructors and receive in-person clinical training experiences at one of our Texas hubs, or one of our other clinical sites across the country.
Develop hands-on, practical skills during scheduled immersion weeks throughout the program at the Round Rock, Texas campus.
Franklin Pierce Hybrid PA students have the benefit of completing the program in 24 months without having to relocate during the preclinical year.
